Campaign Log

Ahmed Noke turned himself into a gibbering mouther before being killed. When they tried to use the wand of polymorph on the wolf, he was also transformed into a gibbering mouther and tragically had to be put down. As they did this, the wand of polymorph exploded in their hands, leaving no recourse to turn Finethir into his natural form once again The party travelled to Mistvale  where they went to the Harlot’s Neckline, the scummiest tavern in the city. There they found out about Elika ’s curse put on her by Drosda , the powerful warlock. Before confronting him, they picked up Lanfear, the Mastiff   The party went to Drosda  house, fighting him and his shadow before Drosda killed himself with Fen's short sword. They learned that Drosda was a former member of the Arcane Brotherhood who was branded for abandoning the brotherhood. Strick took Drosda’s warhammer bounded to the god Lathander. He wrote about a very close connection with this god. They learned that Drosda was a patron of Lathander, the god of rebirth and the two seemed very close. They learned about Arklem Greeth and the ultimate purpose of the Arcane Brotherhood. They gave Elika  the Succubus Drosda’s dick as proof of his death. Strick and Elika  went off to the champagne room and woke up the next morning in her home.   When Strick realized that Drosda  may be seeking rebirth, they talked with Elika the Succubus, who pointed them in the direction of the Church of Rebirth. Elika took their advice to leave the city for the time being. Upon entering the church, they witnessed a slew of dead bodies that turned out to be victims of two Displacer Beasts. The two beasts also seemed to be connected with a pair of resurrected skeletons. One of the beasts had a strange glowing gem in their tails which Strick was able to gain after killing it. Agetor delivered the final killing blow to the second beast, and the party was safe. Upon exploring the crypt, they came upon the realization that the coffins were meant more as temporary resting places for the bodies rather than final burial places. One of those bodies was Vahn Relarius, the would-be queen of Mistvale and the White Rose Throne, tragically assassinated 60 years ago. When the party resurfaced, they were stopped by the man who branded Strick, standing in a puddle of blood.   After speaking with the man from the Arcane Brotherhood, they were given the assignment to look for a man with fiery red hair and bring him to the Hosttower of the Arcane Brotherhood in Luskan. As they searched for him, they learned about the festival of life, where the city awaits the resurrection of Princess Vahn. The party killed a handful of bandits and realized the glowing stone led them directly to the late warlock Drosda’s house. Not wanting to be caught off guard, the party went to the King’s Hand to rest up before confronting the unknown.   After the recap, we go back in time to this afternoon. A man, 6''2 brown hair from Malasha has just arrived in Mistvale for the festival of life. He finds himself making his way toward the church of the very god of rebirth himself, but when he walks inside, he sees the priests' shredded, eaten, and lifeless bodies inside. How does our cleric react?
