The B.N.D.
The Biologoical and Neurological Division (B.N.D.) is a now-disbanded faction of the R.D.D. focused on genetics and humanoid experimentation. it used to be headed by an organization known as [REDACTED], until they came under great scrutiny from the public, and were then eradicated by Coalition forces.
Most of the findings from the B.N.D. were erased, never to be spoken about again. However, men have a tendency to not want to waste the efforts of others. Many people are in possession of the results of this division, and have used them to further their own efforts in slightly more humane ways. Be warned however, they are not a place to dig into, for your own efforts will only be met with horrors and atrocities beyond comprehension.
