Navarchs
The title Navarch refers to the 8 most high-ranking officials in the Coalition, under the Head of the Navy. The Navarchs are individuals comparable to entire armies, most of them have complete control of an aspect or element. The Navarchs are always followed by a security detail of Intergalatic Sniper Squads, to enforce a PR Image of unseen intimidation, protection, and carnage. While some Navarchs are used more for utility (i.e. Navarch Vern, Navarch Kazuma) this does not take away from their fighting abilities, as even the weakest Navarchs in history were still forces to be reckoned with. Their movements are always tracked by the Coalition, for if one turns against them, is assassinated, or compromised in any other way, it could easily begin the downfall of the Coalition.
