Navarch Isaac
Isaac Iren (A.k.a the "All-seeing Douche") is known as the Navarch of Eyes. He has the ability to see through the eyes of other creatures, and manipulate them to an extent. Navarch Iren is one of the data-based Navarchs, similar to Navarch Vern and Navarch Kazuma, and is often utilized for surveillance of the galaxy. Similar to Kazuma, his brain has been augmented to handle the immense flow of information he receives when he "Opens his Eyes". Isaac is a 5'8" star-drow, being completely albino-white except for his piercing red eyes, and the eye-patterned tattoos that cover his body. His frame is similar to Navarch Callum's, slender but sturdy.
When asked on his opinions of the Coalition, Navarch Isaac simply smiles and responds "It's the best job in the world, to watch". He seems to have no awareness, or opinion, on the brewing rebellion. He mostly focuses on his job as the main data gatherer for the Navy, and almost never leaves his chambers outside of reporting important visions.
