Navarch Callum
Navarch Callum Watt, (A.k.a. "Sparky") is the Navarch of Lightning, having complete control over anything with electricity; including technology. Callum is often utilized by the Navy as a covert operative, leading stealth and reconnaissance missions due to his ability to view databases and infiltrate ships effortlessly. Callum is a 5'7' Half elf with brilliant gold hair and eyes, with a thinner and lankier frame.
Navarch Watt has never had very strong opinions of the Coalition, he was always told that since he had so much power, he should use it for a good cause. Lately the Navarch has been seen with Navarch Kazuma quite often, one can wonder how far he has been influenced by now.
Callum relies on his speed to dominate combat, but if it comes to it he has built up proficiencies in weapons and combat styles due to an incident involving a rock genassi who didn't particularly care about electricity.
