Ballista Roped Bolt
A modified Ballista Bolt. Using a Ballista Roped Bolt imposes disadvantage on the roll to hit and limits the range of the shot to a maximum of 25 feet (unless the line is untethered), in exchange the bolt fastens a rope line to the target. Additional rope can be attached to extend the maximum range of the line without a skilled engineer.
