Julianos

God of Creation, the All Father   The creator of the Astral and the architect of life. Julianos is seen as the father of the Caralingian pantheon and one who is king among the gods. He is the most sacred to the Caralingian faith and often if promises are made and formal treaties are signed all are made under Julianos name. Few dare to break such sacred promise and those who do, are often seen punished by the god in short time. Best example being the third Emperor Galan's failed invasion of the northen continent. Having year early signed the treaty with the chieftains of the land, he launched surprise invasion and lead over 100.000 imperial legionaries to their deaths. Including the Emperor himself.   Julianos is seen as the patron of the Senate and the Emperors, as well of the Sacred oath done between people and nations.   Worship and Holy Day   Worship of the Julianos is often simple, every elections for new senators and laws passed by the people are followed by three day worship of the god. Where white bulls, horses and swans are sacrificed for Julianos. Commoners wishing his luck in basic deals and other reasons, often sacrifice white rabbit in his name.   Julianos holy days are 31th of Deciarii and 1st of Juliarii. When the old year ends and new begins. This is also often the time, where people wishing to become senators are declaring their intentions for the elections happening at month of Aguarii. As well famous Julia run is held, where naked priests chase young unmarried and married women, whipping them with leather whips made of soft pelts. This is believed to give the women blessing from Julianos and fertility to have children.
