Comina
Goddess of Wisdom & Motherhood, Wife of the All Father
Blessed wife of Julianos, Comina is seen as representation of the mothers wisdom and guardian of the home. She is often considered to be wisest of the gods, though some priests of Julianos see it differently for why would a wise woman not create what Julianos did. Which often is countered with old saying of 'Why create something when you can suggests others to do it for you?'. Comina is also calmest of all the gods, though she has rivalry with Neferata due how they both had eye on the golden heart of Kornikas. A famous poet who dedicated his poetry to the three goddesses. Comina, Cleia and Neferata. Though in the end it was Neferata who claimed him, gaining his heart and soul as he swore his love to the goddess of the void. Though Cleia claimed he was cursed by the Neferata.
Worship and Holy Day
Comina is worshipped daily, often a small statue or shrine is located near the kitchen or main room of the house with lit candles. Her temple is found in every major city and those wishing to worship her often bring silks and cloths to the temples. Or offer money to the poor houses. She unlike most gods does not require nor accept living sacrifices, but rather takes what is given freely to her in goods that can be given those with less.
One of the rarest is that not a single temple of Comina has been violated or sacked, since the great sacking of the port city Malinia. For her temple was burned down by pirates, who invoked her wrath. All the pirates who had taken part in the sacking, had died mysteriously to an illness that is now called as Comina's Pox.
Her holy day is 1st of Comiarii
