Spectrum's Creatures

In the Aurora Spectrum lies several mutated and vast monstrosities that manage to survive in the magically transformative cloud. These "Creatures" as they've been commonly called have purposefully been classified without names due to one of the chief Inquisitors that recorded the beasts.
Don't give them a name! If you give them a name then it will become a name you shall fear! Instead give it no name! If it has no name, then you shall not be afraid.
— Chief Inquisitor Manuel Draconstone

Basic Information

Anatomy

The Creatures' physical forms differ between each creature. Some have multiple arms, wings, and legs, while others have only one of each. Their forms shift and change like the Spectrum itself, modifying it to its ultimate design. But it's never perfect nor finished.

While their bodies are malleable and everchanging, they do have a weakness: "Aurals" or individuals affected with Spectrumborne can weaken and defeat them with enough discipline.

Genetics and Reproduction

The Creatures reproduction system is still being looked into by the Aural Research Department of A.U.R.O.R.A Creed. So far, the Creed has taken note of their duplication ability.

As my research on the "Creatures" has started. I've noticed that with each poke and prod of my tools, I've caused it to writhe, wiggle, and even split into two pieces. I've marked this down as a potential defense, but after closer examination, it's been officially classified as a reproduction method. Why these creatures need to reproduce instead of just dying is completely beyond my understanding.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities

One of the common traits that all Spectrum's Creatures is the lack of eyesight. But where their natural eyesight lacks, they're Aural talents make up for, allowing the Creatures to see the auras of everything around them perfectly. This sight is similar to the Inquisitor Axel Genesis, allowing them to see the neutral aura of objects and non-living items while being able to see a living creatures aura.

Additionally, these creature can manipulate the Spectrum to turn themselves invisible, rapidly appear from one space to another as long as the location's aura is big enough to fit their own, discharging a blast made from the Spectrum, and mending their wounds using their own auras.
