Crystalshire
"Isn't it beautiful Rake?" Magi Sherid points to all of the array of the colored crystals inside the shire.Crystalshire is an underground mine that is overseen by the Berus Sseth'kal. It is most commonly known for the Crystals that are housed inside of its mines, which are used to make one of the most common writing utensil in Tor'khan, the Ground Crystal Pens.
"That it is, we better hurry to the Titans before they suspect us of being trespassers." Archivist Rake Calibaster continues to float over and around the crystals that protrude through the walls of the cavern.
"Archivist, I think I found them! I think I found some prime crystals that we could grab and use for your wonderful pens!" Magi Sherid hovers over a patch of purple and silver crystals and puts a dozen small shards into her bag before she gently drifts back to her teacher.
"Good work now we better get going, and not so loud alright. This place is right with the Berus anyway, they should be napping right now, and we don't want to awaken them do we?"
Demographics
The settlement supports several hundred Berus Sseth'kal that decided to mine and live there. Even some of the other Sseth'kal have been spotted living there, albeit there's a very small amount.
Government
The way Crystalshire is run is through one or two Sseth'kal, mostly Berus, that overrules all of Crystalshire. They handle the complaints, bring some of the Bitis Sseth'kal to the workers that get hurt while mining to heal the hurt, and even move the mines if they start becoming more of a problem than a job that needs doing.
But like most of the Sseth'kal, they are ruled under one ruler, the Scaled Queen. If she says they need to speed up production for more crystals then they usually say "How fast?"

Defences
The defences that they have are a group of Shamans, including some Grand Shamans, weapons, and if need be a large rock that they can use to cover up the entrance to Crystalshire.
Assets
They have coin from the selling of their crystals to the other Sseth'kal, healing from the Bitis Sseth'kal, and tools to be able to mine the crystals out, although some of the Shamans that are lucky enough to get the ability to use Venomous Sorccery will just force some of the crystal out of the sockets with their Venom.
