Chok
Chok is a Tengu bartender and smuggler based in Balanor. His establishment, Chok's Beak & Barrel, has become the de facto hangout for many members of the ACU Unarithian Taskforce by virtue of its proximity to taskforce HQ.
In taskforce circles, Chok is known as the man to see when one longs for a taste of home. Be it food, drink, or other more niche consumables, Chok can provide nearly anything for what he characterizes as a "modest" fee.
