King Gareth Helmar IV
Gareth Helmar IV is the reigning king of the Nadhorod Basin. He openly works alongside the Council of Seven to rule the land more fairly. While he’s the fourth of his line since the Redbeer Rebellion, he felt that one man shouldn’t have absolute power over so many others.
