The tenth god woven by The Weaver from thread crafted from The Weaver's own name, was Arcana, The Goddess of Magic. Arcana has manifested in any number of forms, though always a very beautiful woman. In most art she is depicted as a gorgeous woman wrapped in a flowing fabric that hugs to her body and drapes artfully around her (basically a sari-like garment), covered in mystical sigils and glyphs. She is a tall woman with a full head of curly hair a deep rich red. Her eyes are soft amber and though her appearance is always pleasing to the eye, her personality and bearing will often by cold and calculating. To Arcana, magic is everything, and the myriad of ways it exists and interacts, grows and evolves on Ashiel is her prime interest and concern. There are many who say she is much like magic itself. Beautiful and deadly, extremely versatile and useful, but completely uncaring.
She has no temples, no houses of worship and no clerics pledge themselves to her and follow her path. Instead wizards, bards, sorcerers and even some warlocks pay her respect. She has a few shrines, usually erected by a magic-user of one stripe or another. Her symbol is a small circle, surrounded by a square which in turn is surrounded by a triangle which is all contained within a larger circle. Though some claim her symbol contains the symbol of Order twice over as well as the symbol for Life(or Death depending on how it is drawn) and half of the symbol for Chance and that this explain much of why magic is as it is, the truth of her symbol is known only to her.
