Ashai is a land where ancient power stirs beneath gilded crowns and crumbling thrones. The world is ruled primarily by monarchies—kingdoms and empires carved from conquest, bloodlines, and uneasy alliances.

Though noble houses drape themselves in tradition and divine right, the balance of power is far from stable.

In the great courts and high citadels, sovereigns speak of peace while sharpening blades beneath the table. Some rule through honor, others through fear—and many walk the line between.

The will of kings and queens shapes the laws of the land but the gods shape the people, whispers in the shadows and forgotten ruins hint at forces far older than any crown.

From sun-blasted desert empires to mist-shrouded northern realms, each monarchy vies for influence, legacy, and survival in an age of and the common folk dream of rebellion.

Ashai is a realm of beauty and brutality, ceremony and savagery. Though thrones may endure for generations, even the mightiest rule can be undone by a single dagger, a forgotten god, or the will to not force change.
