Starshadow sorcery

Although unable to use the sun incantations of the Gods, Humans may have access to Starshadow Sorcery if The Black Blessing is removed. Whereas the Gods had natural magic able to be casted at will, the dark and subverted form of arcane for humans required concentration, dedication and strength of will. It was never intended for Humans to wield power which may be an explanation as to how unstable it can be. Only a selection of people have ever been able to use it and even lower that number drops for those who mastered it. Out of the 50 million soldiers who were first recruited for The War for Freedom, only 200 were able to use Starshadow Sorcery. The Trinity themselves were the few that could be considered masters, shaping the spells to fit their own skill set. For example, Wulfwen Galus was able to travel at great speeds and become hidden from view only to strike when the enemy least suspected it.
