Clover
It is not the end result, but the chance of it having ever happened you should fear.
The Odd Traveller
One of the 13 of the court, holding status of that which represents good or bad luck within nature. He is hard to understand from a point of intent and motivation, seemingly choosing as he sees fit at any waking moment. Very little is understood of this lord as he does not choose to explain himself or what he is aware of throughout the world but is considered a very worldly and learned individual from those who have felt that they have interacted with him.
In truth, clover is not truly of luck and the worth of an action and its consequences but instead purely the chance and idea that the event or scenario occured, the most famous event to ever certify clover's true edicts is the uprising and revolt in ancient times of an unnamed kingdom in which there was nothing truly wrong, but the people had come to the conclusion that the king was performing some wrongdoing of their own accord and flayed him, followed by the collapse of the kingdom by its neighbours. This ruler has since been called by clover "the luckiest man I ever met." It is these oddities and seeming lack of reason or value in the circumstances clover observes and influences that leaves him as an unknown force in the world, as despite this it is difficult for one to attest to any true malevolence from his actions.
The audacity of such events can often draw in clover's eyes, or even lead him to seemingly decide to commit them or push for such a chain of events to happen, though being faced by audacity seemingly also ingratiates clover, though gaining favour with a trickster god is often a poor choice. But does provide one with new choices never fathomed, or perhaps, choices that simply shouldn't be considered regardless of outcome. It is that unknown, odd, improbable outset that gives access to new routes that allows one to understand the inherent cruelty of clover's interactions and disruption of events, showing things unachievable or desired outcomes only managed by absurd logics and sequences of events that a mortal can never cause. In some ways, Clover could be considered a precognitive deity aware of all futures and willingly hiding them away behind terrible costs and requirements, to the point that even other members of the court avoid dealing with clover or making any sort of agreement since he can always know what comes of it.
This leaves the keimite who represents odds as an unknown force within and outside the court, left as an outsider to both sides and has resulted in multiple decisions in the court being left as the oddest resolutions. Truly, an insufferable person.
