Eliopetra/Sunstone - MC
Eliopetra (or Sunstone) is encircled by a crumbling stone wall. Two factions war openly for control of the city, a consortium of guild masters and several wealthy aristocrats. Sunstone has many alchemists, and its night sky is often filled with fireworks and pyrotechnics.
The city is the cultural centre of Carthia which has been home to many of the Empires greatest artisans and entertainers, it is also home to Princess Talis Reagus.
