Korsam Forest
The Korsam Forest is a somewhat tropical forest on the western portion of Korsam. Travel through here is uncomfortable, to say the least. Anyone who ventures here will have to deal with biting mosquitoes, mud, swamps, and, of course, the dangerous creatures that live in the forest.
Geography
The Korsam Forest is a subtropical, swampy forest. The muddy ground between trees is covered with bushes and roots, meaning most areas of the forest are considered difficult terrain.
Fauna & Flora
The more intelligent, humanoid life in the Korsam Forest includes bullywugs, grung, and lizardfolk. It is also inhabited by snakes, trolls, hydras, crocodiles, shambling mounds, panthers, catoblepases, and froghemoths. Very few travelers ever enter here and even fewer return, due to both the amount of dangers that lurk here and the form that these dangers take.
