Dwarfen Delegate - Vorgael Stellar

Vorgael Stellar is an old dwarf, he has been a part of The Baharuth Empire's counsel for well over a hundred years. The relations between the empire and the Trakun Kingdom have always been favorable. The only exception in history was during the war between the Western Union and the empire where Trakun swayed the empire to cease the fighting. But even then talks between Trakun and Baharuth never subsided their politics intertwined tightly and looking out for each others interests.   Lord Stellar is tall for a dwarf with a military background he is a very stern and efficient fellow, however he still has a heart for the people. In terms of Baharuthan politics Lord Stellar is usually rather passive giving advice where he sees fit however not meddling to much. If the discussion is trade related however he gets all fired up, wildly debating and making his opinion known and he hardly overlooks anything.
