War of Four

A generation ago there was a long war among the Shamic Atoll kingdoms. The war of four. This refers to the four different kingdoms which were Xuzia dynasty, Hubert empire, Shodel dynasty and Daido kingdom. Peace had always been somewhat fragile among the four kingdoms. Fighting for other the smaller islands, resources and trade routes and rights. For as long as anyone can remember there had been some kind of conflict going on between the island kingdoms.   Then there was a battle between Xuzia dynasty and Shovel dynasty that attacked a Daido kingdom’s shipping vessel which ended up wrecking on a Hubert empire’s island destroying a small costal village. It was now an all out war as none would take responsibility for it.   This war raged on for at least 100 years. The people of each kingdom started to call for peace talks. However, each time the kingdoms would meet either the Nobles, or the military leaders would sabotage the talks. Finally a man named Sirilo Koroi of the Hubert empire who was a young captain in the army got sick of the higher ups not willing to end the war. So he started to secretly contact other captains within his own army to see who would follow. Once that was done he started talking to the other armies and found many to join his quest. Soon he had the support of a good part of each kingdoms’s army. He then went to the citizens of each and gained their support, as many were done with this long war. The day came when all armies were present on the battlefield that is when Sirilo Koroi set his plan in motion. With a secret code passed through all the ranks each army took on their own. Soon the higher up military leaders were cornered together their own troops against them. The military leaders and Nobles were forced to give up their positions.   Sirilo Koroi was put in charge of what was called the Shamic collaboration. Over the next several years they worked out how the new government would work. What to do with the nobles and military leaders that kept the war going. What came out of those years was a unified Shamic Atoll islands under the Shamic realm. Since then there has been constant peace within the Atoll.
