Molten Fluff

In Laxic country on the Eanith continent, is a famous tale of Molten Fluff. Molten Fluff is a popular party drink among all classes, however this was not always the case. The Molten Fluff consists of white chocolate, and several spices, then normally is topped with a fruit. This drink is both hot in temperature and spice and the consistency is very thick. Thus the name Molten Fluff. No one is quite sure where it came from. There are several places that were known to make this drink for well over four hundred years, although it was not a popular drink. However, that soon changed. The tale starts about two hundred years ago. There was a very famous elven singer named Malon Ravacan. She was beautiful, tall had silver hair with purple eyes. Thousands would come to see her sing and she would travel all around Eanith doing concerts during the summer and fall. Taking winter and spring off. However, one year after a long, dry winter followed by a very wet spring, Malon became very ill. Those close to her said that she had a sore throat, fever and fatigue. She was bed ridden for a month. As she got better though one thing did not, her voice. She could not speak, or sing. This was divesting to her and all that enjoyed her beautiful voice. The next year was spent going to many different mages, and healers. By the end of the year she was only able to speak in whispers. Then one night a friend, Rina, took her to a local hang out. One that Rina’s family ran. Their most popular drink was the Molten Fluff. The tale says that Rina encouraged Malon to try the Molten Fluff. Malon at first didn’t want to try it as she stated that she didn’t like hot drinks. But Rina continued and finally the last drink of the night Malon gave in a drank the Molten Fluff. The next morning Rina was woken up by Malon singing one of her favorite songs. It was a miracle Malon could sing again. No one could explain what had happened. Some say it was just a natural progression of the healing process. While most others say that it was the Molten Fluff that brought her voice back. That is what Malon said that it was. In fact where ever Malon went after that she always requested a Molten Fluff from the locals. She never had any more voice problems from that time forward.
  Now Molten Fluff is offered at every party large or small. There have also been some group trips that people take to taste all the different variants of it. All because it may have cured a singer’s voice.
