CN: . Known as the Gambler. A deity of random chance, dangerous situations, and rogues alike. Her holy symbol is a d6. Her domains are Luck, Chaos, and Fate. A god as old as chance itself, Fortuna hosts no permanent form, but is described as the invisible force of the universe that influences almost every action undertaken by mortals, from avoiding a fall from a trip, to suseeding at writing a brilliant play. Followers of Fortuna imply that luck is present in all things, and success or failure at life depends much more on the roll of countless dice throughout the day, with skill as a minor afterthought. This practice has been thought off in madness in some places, with followers of Fortuna labeled insane, while in other places the faith is tolerated,or even accepted...with card players or casino goers offering a quick prayer to Fortuna before an important hand. she is considered to be CN, as the luck, or ill-luck she offers, can often go either way. Her favored weapon is, oddly enough, the Greataxe, due to it’s ability to deal foes either a light slash, or a beheading, depending on Fortuna’s mood.
