Vanao
The Three Kings of Vanao are notoriously uncooperative, and due to their own strange agreement, all have complete sovereignty over the kingdom. This has led to laws, taxes, and place names shifting at the whims of the kings. In one notable instance, the official capital was moved a total of 31 times in a single month.
In response to the erratic behaviours of the kings, the wife of the king controlling Dadu led an uprising against her husband, and banished him to the main island of Vanao.
