Kampedias
The city-states of the Kampedian river delta are often considered a nation. While this is technically not correct, the inter-city alliances and agreements have made it a de facto nation state.
Religion
Many of the New Gods find their origins in the cultures and worship of the various city-states of Kampedias. The cities have historically mythologized their homes into divine personifications, who were then worshipped in their respective cities. These personified cities often emphasized features of the local environment, which were then supplemented with existing worship, such as that of The Founding Dragons, by borrowing any aspects the locals felt were most important.
This worship then spread to the rest of Kampedias until a proper pantheon formed. While other divine entities were already being worshipped around Argeth, the modern styling of referring to them as "Lords" or "Ladies" stems from the Kampedian pantheon.
Agriculture & Industry
The wetlands of Kampedias are incredibly fertile but prone to flooding.
Infrastructure
Due to frequent flooding, the settlements of Kampedias are built on artificial hills, connected by raised toll roads known as highways.
