Guilds
Guilds have masters and apprentices. Most artisans have some affiliation with a guild. Guild members will often collaborate, but are commissioned individually.
Slayer guilds are an exception to this as they have an additional middle tier, and no fixed master-apprentice relationship, instead having a pool of mentors. Commissions are also issued to the guild instead of its members.
