Ares

In the year 2099, the Solar System is locked in a civil war between the United System Commonwealth, an oligarchy that has total control over every colony in the System; and ARES, a rebellion that seeks independence for the colonies of the System, and to restore the Commonwealth to a democratic government. At the center of this conflict is Alex Hunter, a colonist from Mars with the ability to manipulate the Celestial Energy, the energy that allowed colonization of the System to be possible. When his mother dies in an attack on his colony by the USC, Alex joins ARES to get revenge on those responsible for destroying his home. But his mission for revenge will put him against a powerful military force, spearheaded by the man behind his mother’s death: his own father.
