Vopsonine

Vopsonine (Old Havlic: Vopsòninɛ) is a Havlian goddess associated with perseverance, survival, hunting and foraging. Stranded travellers often prey and give offerings to her for guidance in the wilderness. She is believed to have created the Vopsus (whence her name) in order to teach people how to survive in the wilderness. While she is usually depicted as feminine, she has been known to be depicted as a man in some myths. There is a legend that she founded the city of Vopsoninia.
