Tlahuati Cliffs

The Tlahuati Cliffs are a series of cliff faces that serve as the border between the Ettu Plains and the Cualtecan Plateau.

Geography

The Tlahuati Cliffs are very large, steep cliffs that serve as the side of the Cualtecan Plateau. Below them lies the Ettu Steppes. The cliffs, who share their name with the nearby Tlahuati Canyon, begin around 100 leagues to the east of the canyon and eventually curve northwest, meeting the Tlahuati Canyon as they begin to rise towards sea level and the plateau and cliffs lower to meet it.

Natural Resources

The most valuable natural resource within these cliffs is Thauril, which is thought to be unique to the region. The cliffs are also an area of major export for bat guano due to the massive cavern complexes. Other than this, the cliffs provide access to certain sedimentary rocks such as limestone, slate, and siltstone.
