Vilpar
A town on the southwestern part of Balvarin that is controlled by Cinderella and is a mostly fishing village that also imports a lot of things from Vumtote during peaceful times. The town is currently experience in an influx of Vampires that are draft evaders or refugees evading the rulers of Vumtote.
