The Blue mage
One of the dungeon wizards that controls the lapis dungeon. He is a fan of teleporting around the dungeon and has a pompus air about him. He lives in the blue palace on the last layer of the dungeon and tinkers with large teleportation spells trying to get access to the clockwork plane so he can tap into the fabric of time and reverse to before the 5 mages all got trapped in these dungeons and had to act as seals for the great curse.
