Character Arc An outcast of many chased by an evil shadow-like creature known as the shadow man went down a path of destruction and devastation killing orphans and doing whatever it takes to stay alive. Samael escaped from it all for a time, hiding out in the forest and avoiding his past... until approached with an offer from the shadow man to do one job be free from the Shadow Man, and gain a vast amount of power. Samael took the deal and with the help of two other helpers of undeath carved a path of destruction through the dungeon until he got to the bottom. At the bottom of the dungeon, Samael saw a chance for a lot of power three things stood clear to him, a sword holding an immense amount of power of undeath, a bracelet on his hand that would allow some of the Shadow Man's power in, and keeping the seal on the god of undeath to remain alive. In a matter of minutes, Samael activated the bracelet absorbing the Shadow Man's power to a level he did not anticipate killing the Shadow Man. Then Samael controlling an army of undead shadows grabbed the key to the seal of the undead god. After this in a swift mass of shadow in the now pitch dark room, Samael obtained the sword after betraying and killing Mist and a moment later teleported away. Samael now the Shadow Blade reaks havoc across the land a mere shell of his former self corrupted by magic and greed alike.
