Mafia Ninvan
One of the major gangs in the crate. They specialize in drug trafficking mostly the substance
Ethvial (a liquid drug made of mana goo and various stimulants that allows a character to regain a 2nd level spell slot and increases their movement by 10 feet for one minute) and the drug
Matradon (gain a +2 to physical attacks to hit and an extra 1d4 damage for 1 minute)
These drugs will give you a level of addiction when taken the character makes a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw if not they gain a level of addiction At level 1 repeat the saving throw at the end on each long rest if you have not taken it in 24 hours if failed take 3d6 psychic damage At level 2 repeat the saving throw at the end of each short rest if you have not taken it since the last rest if failed take 4d6 psychic damage At level 3 repeat the saving throw at the end of each short rest if you have not taken it since the last rest if failed take 6d6 psychic damage or half as much on a successful save At level 4 repeat the saving throw at the end of each short rest if you have not taken it since the last rest if failed take 8d6 psychic damage or half as much on a successful save At level 5 repeat the saving throw at the end of each short rest if you have not taken it twice since the last rest if failed take 10d6 psychic damage or half as much on a successful save
A player can go without the drug for a number of rest/days equal to the level of the addiction level and will decrease the level once.
