Bremen
A town where music is strictly required every morning midday and evening and anyone not playing music is murdered by a magical jokester that wanders through the town listening to its beautiful music. So long as everyone follows that rule the Trickster will provide the town with food and life and happiness. The trickster is a fey.
Demographics
Bremen contains mostly human inhabitants with some fey touched and fey adjacent people living in the town as well. There is also a large speaking animal population living in or near the town.
Government
The government is ruled officially by a lord but that lord can do very little without the approval of the Bremen Trickster.
Defences
The Bremen Trickster will prevent any hostile creatures from attacking the city

Shortly after the towns founding the city started to incur a long famine that lasted for almost a century before the
Geography
Bremen has a small river that cuts through the city and often has lush fields that are maintained by few workers since the Bremen Trickster keeps the city and by an extension its crops alive.
Climate
It is often quite cold in Bremen reaching freezing for a large portion of the year and the closeness to the ocean makes little snow appear in the winters.
