Skeleton Coast

A rough part of coast where the winds blow sharp, the water is always cold, fog covers the coast frequently and ships are wrecked far too often. Those who wash ashore are unlucky that the other side of the cliffs/dunes is the Ayrith Desert. Some die and become skeletons upon the beach, in particularly bad storms ships have been marooned in the dunes and their skeletons remain. Due to the weather the bones are well preserved. Other creatures have also washed ashore and perished and their skeletons too are found all along the coast.
