Oasi Dakded is assassinated

Oasi Dakded is killed by a Pro-Emperor assassin, thinking this would bring the Emperor back. His ship was set on fire as Oasi burnt to death. This action would start a long civil war between prefectures rather than get the Emperor back. It is said that Oasi may have survived this event, however, as no traces of burnt paper were found.
