King Arnest Albright selects a few chosen and trusted advisors, granting them noble titles and creating the Noble Assembly, initially established to oversee the governance of newly captured territories from his father's military campaign. Over the next 100 years, the Noble Assembly developed into a powerful political force, eventually becoming an official branch of Escher's government.
