The discovery of Element Zero meant that no nation would have to live without a substance. They could make anything they wanted or needed. This singlehandedly stopped every war in the immediate aftermath of Element Zero's discovery.

Element Zero revolutionized everything that ever existed on Earth. The fact that one could program it into form made it the single most versatile material in existence. It made it so no nation had to fight for a material. They had no reason to fight at as anything anyone ever wanted could be programed into existence. As such, every nation pooled their resources into a common goal. The development of mankind as a whole. An Alliance was formed. It was called the Golden World Coalition. The Golden World Coalition consisted of all major powers, and their allies. This alliance ended the concept of war, as now, to launch a war is to start a war that would destroy mankind.
