Dor'loss (Door Loass)
One of the few remaining "great" elven cities, Dor'loss is a spiritual cousin to Mir'Heled in Horizon. Unlike their reclusive cousins though, Dor'loss is a good deal more open with their human neighbors. Like Mir'Heled, magic is interwoven into their society and is a closely guarded secret. However, the elves are more than happy to trade baubles and simple enchantments in exchange for fine goods and influence. Also like Mir'Heled, newly "adult" elves are encouraged to go out into human lands to seek new knowledge, though it is not mandatory. The elves of Dor'loss also still venerate the old elven gods, believing that the loss of their empire was a lesson in hubris and not the gods abandoning them.
