D'oro
A vassal of Penance in the Dallian Lowlands, it is the veritable bread basket of Penance. It was originally built as a small farming community centuries ago when humans first began rebuilding after the Antecean Crisis. It grew to be the largest in the area, eventually growing enough to swallow the other nearby towns. It would be otherwise unremarkable to the province as a whole (what with its remote location) if it weren't for a yearly festival it puts on: a week long event featuring a menagerie of circus events, carnivals, and most importantly, the world's largest bonfire.
