Culloch
Sigil's neighbor and constant trade partner, located on a peninsula jutting into Lake Stregona. On top of its bustling aquatic industries, Culloch is pivotal in facilitating trade between Sigil, the dwarven city of Vathkal and the elven city of Dor'loss. Because of this, its culture is that of a melting pot between the three distinct factions, and while its residency is primarily human, all sorts of races can be found perusing its massive market squares and trade buildings.
