Asgorath often assumed the form of a titanic dragon with scales of all colors.

Asgorath had the powers of all of the kinds of dragons he created, including shapeshifting and breath weapons. He was also skilled in magic, as he was able to cast every spell in existence.

Personal history
It is said that Asgorath was in part responsible for the creation of the universe, but the physical evidence for that is unclear. It is known that Asgorath was responsible for the creation of dragonkind, and that they was one of the most powerful beings in the world until the Dawn War, where they were sliced in twain by the Devourer, killing the elder god. It is said that Bahamut and Tiamat gained many of their divine powers as inheritances from Asgorath when they died, elevating them to their own godhood.

Asgorath was the deity responsible for creating dragonkind, and according to some mythologies, the entire world, as well.

Despite their considerable power, even Asgorath was unable to face the Devourer in combat.
