2.5-3 ft tall, skin in pastel oranges, yellows, pinks, light browns, other warm colours, etc. Quite leanly built, they have four arms, two from each shoulder. Petite lips that open to a larger-than-expected mouth. Oversized eyes with very large pupils in a wide range of vivid colours. They have pointed ears, almost always long but come in a variety of different shapes/sizes. Fuzzy tufts of fur around the ears and a thick head of hair in a huge range of colours. Very soft facial features with a petite nose, often of a slightly darker tone than their skin.
A very intelligent race but with very little talent for innate sorcery. They have a very inquisitive nature that led them to study magic and become known to be one of the most prominent users of spellcircle/script magic.
Yon'nar are also renowned scientists and alchemists, and their study of magic and science led them to become the best race at the creation of spellstones and magic devices/contraptions.
They also somewhat garnered a reputation as "mad scientists", however, this is rarely the case. Rather than being mad, they simply take a very experimentalist approach to their research, leading to their monkier of being "mad scientists".
