6-7 ft tall, large bulbous head, soft, moist, slimy looking grey-green skin. Octopus-like mouth, no visible jaw, the bottom of the face becomes ten torso-length tentacles that surround the mouth.
Each limb is a mass of five semi-shape shifting tentacles twisting and curling around each other, their tips farming fingers/toes.
Cthixki have a pair of "wings", each wing consisting of five long tentacles attached to the spine, with thin, greenish transparent webbing between the tentacles forming the "wings". Their purpose is unknown.
Deep-set, small, glowing orange circular eyes. They don't, however, need their eyes to "see". Cthixki can completely sense their surroundings in all directions. It is unknown how they do this.
A Cthixki can sleep at will, and when they do so they can explore, enter, and feed on the dreams of others. They gain energy from this and it is unknown if Cthixki need physical sustenance at all.
By wrapping their facial tentacles around another being's head/brain, the Cthixki can directly explore, read, and feed on that being's memories in the same way that they would with dreams. Most are unaware of their ability to feed on memories, leading them to be known only as dream walkers/feeders.
Unbeknownst to most people, their entire torso is actually a mass of interwoven tentacles. It is unknown if their is any part of them not made up of shape shifting/merging tentacles, or what part of them is actually their "core", if they even have one.
Cthixki are masters of illusions.
