Masscots Recovered

After fighting the plant the party continued to explore Wiltroot Hall. The went to Observation Hut C where they met Javenesh Stoutclaw. He was here talking to a Water Weird named Lothannep that could speak and understand Common. Javenesh needed to get water from the spring for Chef Curtie Axechucker’s special dish. Not to mention that if Witherbloom staff found her they would kick her out. Pangea managed to convince Lothannep to leave the spring so that Javenesh could get the water. However, Mila failed to get Lothannep to move to Prismari campus. The Javenesh thanked the party for the help and asked why they came here as none of them were Witherbloom. They explained to him that they were tagging mascots in this area of the campus for Sharpbeak. Javenesh choose to join them in finding the mascots. It was at that moment that the Fractal mascot came out of it's hiding spot. Javeneshed helped Pangea get the tag on it. They had finally tagged the fifth mascot.

The party then choose to head to the final observation hut, this one being Observation Hut E. Panage noticed some foliege and chose to investigate. This resulted in the two brackish truges attacking the party. In this fight Pangea went down twice. But thanks to the help of Javenesh the managed to reduce one low enough that it fled and kill the other one. There was nothing in that observation hut of importance. Pangea, Eldar, and Mila explored a couple of diffrent empty areas. Pangea did manage to find a gem. This gem was an emerald elemental gem which could let a part member summon a water elemental.

There was one clearing where Mila approached the clearing which resulted in two Giant Elks popping up. Low on resources the party did the best they could. These animals however were able to flee after being reduced to 20 or lower hp. Another Pest Mascot showed up and Mila tried to put the band on the person however that failed both times she tried. Eldar managed to get the band on his first try due to a boost of guidance. Javenesh then thanked the party and told them that if they were going to be in the Battle of Strixhaven he would see them on the field and took off into the sky. This point Aries, Alexander, and Ethan joined up with the rest of the party. Apparently Aries and Alexander were lured by a Will O' Whisp. It was only thanks to Ethan noticing that they were missing that the two managed to survive.

The party returned to Sharpbeak. They told her that it could have been better but that they managed to get all Six Mascots tagged. Sharpbeak thanked them and gave each of them a piece of parchment that allowed them to have one free uncommon magic item from the Biblioplex store of their choice. She asked if Mila was going to join the mage tower team that the rest of the players were on. Mila agreed after getting some clarification about what the Battle of Strixhaven was. She then asked for a name.
