False Appearance. While motionless, the chair mimic is indistinguishable from an ordinary wooden chair.

Mimicry. The mimic can perfectly replicate the look of a chair, making it impossible to detect without magical means or a successful DC 18 Investigation check.

Actions

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 1d8 + 2 piercing damage. The target is grappled (escape DC 12). Until this grapple ends, the target is restrained.

Latching Grip. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
