Tendentious Behaviour
The people of the Minus Years (let's just call them the Minus People, or MPs, for short) were a disruptive group of people, by nature. There was not leader or any sort of government to watch over their activities and enforce some kind of peace or rules, so chaos reigned. Everyone did what they pleased, and no one bothered to think about anyone but themselves. People stole, lied, betrayed, stabbed in the back and hated each other. Joseph (the Conqueror) saw what problems this disorder caused, and set about a plan to put a stop to it. That's when he undertook the Great Conquering. It was a massive time period of bloodshed, but eventually it succeeded.Culture

People just wore whatever they could find or steal.

You had to prove yourself by doing an act of courage to officially be seen as an adult. This always included killing and/or stealing.
