Jochen (JOE-chen)

Jochen is the current leader of The Green Turbans and sitting city councilor for the city of Lu Jing. She led the city-based revolutionaries following the Lu Jing occupation by Koryo forces. She was vital to organizing city resistances and providing the Fortune's Favor Crew with tactical knowledge and local updates throughout the early part of the Northern Islands liberation movements.
