Hollyhall
Built upon the craggy trunk of Arboreus, this city-state stretches for 200 vertical miles. It was named for the thick forests of holly that grew here. Much like the parasitic plant, the city clung to the bark canyons and steadily grew through mining minerals from the trunk. Now, Hollyhall is a densely packed city, made strong by its defensible location and the wealth of metals pulled from the tree.

Agriculture & Industry
Agriculture in Hollyhall is limited in and variety by the harsh nature of its geography. The people of this nation mostly rely on moss fields and stout lichens for their vegetable needs, while beetles and goats are the preferred livestock of the region, as these beasts thrive in the sheer cliffs of bark.
Trade & Transport
As wagons and carts are not practical for the terrain, and landing platforms for gliders and airships vie for space with buildings, the vast majority of cargo is carried by beetle convoys.
