Professor Alistair Thorne

Being headmaster of the most prestigous university in the city is a role that could only be taken on by Alistair Thorne. Heading up Silver Leaf Academy Professor Thorne spends the majority of his time making sure things are elegant! His obsession with the word and it's meaning have meant that other things have slipped by his sight in recent years inlcuding the schools new reliance on magic and weird science to enhance the students physically magicaly and mentally. So long as the students behvae in an elegant manor while doing it the Headmaster would and has covered up murder.

Appearance

An extremly well put together older gentlemen. Snow white hair completed by the well trimmed mustashe that adorns his face. On the bridge of his nose are a pair of fine spectacles and he is always wearing a perfectly pressed and tailored suit, Alistair is the embodiment of elegence in all things.  

Personality

Prof. Thorne is a man who does not abide by disrespect but he does make sure that those around him he affords the same respect to. He is a man who believes in the things he teaches and above all that one must be elegant striving to present oneself in a way that comports your unwillingness to sully yourself despite the dirty world you might find yourself in. In this he is rigid and unforgiving any amount of stain on one's character will grant you the only thing that his elegant mind can come up with for a punishment, expulsion if you are a student or being ignored if you are anything else.  

Background

Prof. Thorne comes from a long line of headmasters here at Silver Leaf Academy and even attended the academy in his youth. His instructors drilled into him the importance of appearance and manners to the point that all he obsesses over every day is such things, leaving little time to do much else other than see to the academy and maintain his own strict sense of Elegance.  

Relationships

None he has found no one who can match his dedication or keep up to the scrutiny his life must take, though he has though of having an hier and many years ago employed a woman to be a surrogate for him.
