Harim'shakar - The bowl of hidden truths
A wide, shallow ceramic vessel, heavy to the palm but simply made, glazed in a brittle, crackled white that calls forth The great Saltflats . A faded ring of stylized, centuries-worn calligraphy encircles the rim, spelling out ancient proverbs that caution against a quick answer or a restless heart. The Bowl is used not for sustenance, but for the sacred journey of finding answers within oneself.
Calling upon its magic requires just ink, water and willpower- a focus of mind that few can achieve. The seeker meditates upon his problem, searching for answers within his sleeping mind. And within the inky waters, something will stir, a single word emerging on the surface that might open a new perspective upon one's troubles.
